Refund Policy
Every paid Ghost Audio plugin has a free 10-day demo — the full plugin, every knob, every preset. Try it in your own sessions, on your own machine, with your own tracks. If it earns a place in your chain, buy it. If it doesn't, let it expire and you've spent nothing.
Try before you buy
Because the demo is the complete product, you never have to purchase blind. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or incompatibility you could have discovered in the demo period. Please demo the plugin on the machine you'll use it on before buying.
The exceptions
We'll always make it right when the problem is on our side:
- You were charged and never received your license or download.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- The plugin has a defect we can't fix within a reasonable time.
In those cases, email support@ghostaudio.co from your checkout address with your Lemon Squeezy order number, and we'll refund you in full.
How refunds are processed
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Digital delivery and EU/UK buyers
Our plugins are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By completing checkout and downloading, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction, including remedies for faulty digital content.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, your license for that product is cancelled, and you agree to stop using and to delete the plugin and any installers or license keys associated with the order.
