This Privacy Policy explains how Ghost Audio, a product of Monarch Digital Holdings ("Ghost Audio," "we," "us"), collects and uses your information when you visit ghostaudio.co or purchase our products. We keep this simple: we collect as little as we can, and we do not sell your data.

• Order information. When you buy a product, our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, collects your name, email, and billing details to process the purchase. We receive the order confirmation and your email so we can deliver the product and provide support.
• Payment information. Card and payment details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and their payment processors. We never see or store your full payment card numbers.
• Email signups. If you join our mailing list, we store the email address you give us so we can send updates and launch news.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use your information, and our legal basis

• Deliver products and provide support — to perform our contract with you.
• Security, server logs, and product improvement — our legitimate interests in running a safe, working service.
• Marketing emails — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Tax, accounting, and refund records — to comply with our legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business: Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record, for checkout, billing, and tax), our email/mailing-list provider, and our website host. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers (including Lemon Squeezy) may process your data in the U.S. and other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

Data retention

We keep order and tax records as long as required by U.S. tax law (generally up to seven years). Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on ghostaudio.co. We may use essential cookies needed for the site to function. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which may set its own cookies as part of processing your purchase.

Children

Our products and site are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
