If a plugin won't install, won't turn up in your DAW, or you have a question about your licence, write to us. There's one address and it comes straight to us.

What to include

None of this is required, but these four turn two days of back and forth into one reply:

• Which plugin, and whether you're on the free trial or a paid licence.
• Your macOS version, and whether the Mac is Apple Silicon or Intel.
• Which DAW, and its version.
• What happened, and what you expected instead. A screenshot beats a description.

Before you write in

Two things account for most of what reaches us. The plugins are AU and VST3 on macOS only, so they will not appear in Pro Tools. And if a pedal is missing from your plugin list, quit the DAW fully and reopen it to force a rescan.

Orders and refunds
